      Little flexibility to change job location. Good support from management when you need any technical support.

      Svantaggi

      Low salary. Have to handle multiple projects at the same time, even if you are over burdened. No proper one on one with mgr. Have to be always ready to work over time. Complex and time consuming process to get your h1b renewed. No salary hike even if you performed really well. No bonus.

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
