Disorganized organization Highly dysfunctional when it comes to growing your career Management removes employees from projects for quote unquote “not asking the right questions and making mistakes” Management as well as the client also LIES to your face stating “they don’t penalize employees for mistakes made on project” Yet, management took me off of project for what they said they do not penalize employees for - “making mistakes and not asking the right questions.” Totally, I would not recommend Infosys to anyone! They SUCK balls!!! Apply everywhere but here.
