- They train you, if you are fresh out of college and don't know how to code they will give you crash course on a bunch of different tech stacks - Health insurance is pretty okay - Most of the employees kind and genuinely want to see you succeed

- They overwork you quite a lot for the borderline pennies they pay you - Management extremely disconnected from regular employees, they expect things that often are not in your power - Push you very hard for client interviews that may not come, then blame it on you for not performing when you were never given the chance to perform - Once they deem as you underperforming you effectively on a timer until you get laid off - Sign on bonus comes with a stipulation, if you leave the company too early you have to pay it back to them in full (even though the government takes half of the bonus, you are expected to pay the full pre-tax amount back)
