Vantaggi

I bet you can’t find any.

Svantaggi

I have a long list of my personal experience with Infy. Financial: no hike in first 4 years of joining followed by 1% hike after 4 years Career Growth: have good internal training platform, but has not much relation real time projects. There is no job security . Also, company has a great loopholes to exploit employees in any ways possible. For e.g. while keeping you on bench, you are asked not to use any leave as there may be client interviews any time. And all of a sudden HR comes to you and gives you the news of termination of employment with immediate effect. Also Infy does not pay you for unused PTO/ vacation as a part of company policy, so employee is screwed , who has family to run.
