1. very small organisation, sometimes it doesn't give you a feel like you are working for IT company. 2. Policies are very less and they are not very employee friendly 3. Sometimes you need to extend your working hours to support client meetings. 4. No strategic direction for India office. 5. Project leaders are not very friendly with employees. 6. Less projects from past 6 months.
