As a company Ingham's is a tremble employer, Way to many inconsistency's in regards to health & safety, Work place procedures, And general employee wellbeing. No matter what they say in start or on the pre employment process production and profit always comes before anything else. All eras differ in amounts of bulling and intimidation from all quarters depending on the supervision, I would not recommend anyone work there for a long period of time for both physical and mental health reasons. But if you really need to take any job them its something you could do short term maybe. Most of the people as individual's are good people but Inghams as a company is TERIBLE!!! You are a unit to be utilized and exploited until they have no use for you due to work place injuries then they will do everything possible to get you to leave, Of your own accord ofcause so as to comply with the laws, Career Opportunities? only for the select few.
