No discounts whatsoever. You have to work full time for years before you get more than a week's vacation. You cannot use sick time unless you use at least a week. Upper management is terrible; they assume everyone doesn't know what they're doing, and if you think you do they will find some way to prove you wrong. TONS of waste within the company. Food is thrown out constantly for no apparent reason. Always expect more; no gratitude for hard work. Pay isn't consistent throughout stores, at all. You can work there for years, and someone can get hired making more money than you with little to no experience.
