      I like the work and the people I work with. Full-time is great.

      Hard to get pay rase. The work load is over whelming. I have been told you must not want to keep your full-time; or If You don't come in you will go back to part time. Management talks down to you. Makes you chose between family and work. We do every thing asked of us and it's still not good enough.

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
