Worst job I've had - Recensione dipendente - Baker presso Ingles Markets

Corporate changes things every single day. I was a baker, and they are nitpicky about every sticker on everything. If you placed a "sliced" label on the center of the bag and they had changed it to the right side yesterday, you got chewed out. It was so extreme I was anxious every day going into work and got in trouble for "sticker doesn't go there today, although it did yesterday--didn't you get the memo?!" Stuff every day. Also a ridiculous workload expected that was almost unachieveable for even veteran staff. By far the most stressful job I've had, ended up crying at work nearly every shift which is completely unlike any other job I've had. Would NEVER work here again.
