Big company with many opportunities. Onboarding was good.

They are on a constant acquisition spree. However, the merger process is pathetic. Head of division promises to all the staff - nothing will change and then shutting down offices in 3 months, sacking people like crazy. Morale goes down naturally when you are having to pick up the pieces and run with it and don't have supporting infrastructure/resources behind you. There is no accountability as well. R is at its worst. They don't have a system/process to manage integrations. They can't pay employees on time. Fake promises and there are managers who operate on personal vendetta (I guess that could be anywhere).
