1.Management and Supervision: responsibilities among the staff has not been as balanced as it could be. This has resulted in some team members being overloaded with work, while others have less to do and it is not supervised. 2.Lack of Meetings and Communication: There have been no regular meetings to discuss future plans or to address ongoing issues. This lack of communication has made it challenging to stay aligned with the company’s goals and adapt to any changes. 3.Limited Support for Staff Concerns: Despite raising some concerns that I believe could be easily addressed, there hasn’t been much support or follow-through. 4. Strict Holiday Policies: The current policy on holidays is quite strict, with little flexibility even for special occasions. 5.The rota is often provided at the last minute, which makes it difficult to plan personal time effectively. 6.Lack of Promotion Opportunities: Finally, there seems to be a lack of opportunities for promotion or career advancement within the team.
