      -Managers don't care about really anything, as long as your sales are good -It's very easy to be the "best"= better treatment by managers

      -Managers have no idea what they are doing and are all highly unqualified -Never had a solid GM who understands marketing aka it has gone from a local corporate watering hole to a ratchet, cheap burnout bar
