No politics at all. (This is what attracts me to stay with my company :D) 4. Management listens everybody's voice, no matter you are fresher or manager. 5. Not just help they will explain in detail, what went wrong and how to avoid such things. 7. One always get boost up from manager (specially in my team). 8. Many more :)

There is no company which doesn't have any downsides. So of course some downsides are there but not major. all those are manageable.
