poor management, rude staff, very unknowledgeable. Some of the rules were absolutely ridiculous, you were not allowed to leave at ALL on break, even if you clocked out. you did not get a lunch, just two 10 minute breaks the entire shift, but are not allowed to leave the premises. They do not know the meaning of "over booked", having a sea of dogs barking and fighting all day long. They are very rough with the dogs. when a potential tour would happen, they would make sure to put the "bad" high energy dogs up and away, so it didn't show how it really is when clients are not around.They would directly spray dogs in the face with apple bitters to correct them.
