I learned more here in a year than I did previous 4+ years in US recruitment. Management has great experience in US staffing and shares and grooms all recruiters to achieve great results. They only work with direct clients so no H1 bench marketing or other nonsense. Candidates in US constantly contact recruiters to check if there are new openings which means they like to work for InnoCom a lot, which gives great motivation for recruiters.

No company outings or trips. They did say that they will add more benefits like company trips as they grow, so hope they do.
