Don’t pay good. The role is too wide

I was offered exactly what I asked for because manager said he does not mind paying what we ask, as long as we are confident in our skills and can prove it by getting sufficient offers to match our salary expectations. Unfortunately due to my bad luck many of my candidate interviews did not work out so I could not prove myself. Management is very professional and gave me plenty of opportunity and encouragement to succeed. Management is professional and honest, no cheap politics like many desi managers.

I think I know the other recruiter who has given negative rating for this employer. She was known to flirt with multiple guys on chats and phone calls during work. She bad mouths all coworkers and managers wherever she goes. She has been fired couple of places due to flirting online and wasting office time, so don't believe her comments please.
