Basic decent and you can forget about their commission as it's not achievable.

Worst micromanaging com ever. No learning path just throw you to die and keep mental torture you for whatever you did not learn by yourself. Malaysian will be welcomed 90% Singaporean will be gone within 7 months. Leave on time you will be question by the management and will mentally stress you by saying why others stay late and you not. This is mentally sick company
