In the last days with the company it became evident that the things that needed to happen on the business side in order for the business to be successful were starting to take shape, hiring the right people...eliminating silos. It is an amazing place to go and be challenged...to grow as an individual in your career and as a person in general. The product solves a big problem and has AMAZING potential...but the culture is so imbalanced it's hard to keep encouraged. The market is wide open...but see below in Cons for the go to market strategy. There are some truly wonderful, smart, caring, energetic people working at the company. The tech stack is awesome, all the tools you need and could possibly want to be effective at your role.

No clear strategy on go to market. OTEs are stretch goals, 110% effort won't get you there. Culture here is currently imbalanced. All the posters are on the wall, and the core values are defined, there's just no alignment. People get fired, or choose to leave, before they even get a chance to warm up their seat. Inasmuch as pivoting is necessary in a start up, lot's of compulsive decisions are made. If you challenge those decisions you're a negative person with limited vision.
