      I got to complete my route on my time essentially. In between there were plenty of time for small breaks.

      Alot of the costs come down on you. Insurance, repairs, a rental if your van goes down, gas, etc. Cuts out about 40% of what I made

      The pay is decent and the hours you work are awesome. Normal day consist of arriving at the warehouse no later than 6:30 am and arriving back home by 1 pm

      The only con to the job is the excessive workload on some days. If all the freight for your route does not fit on your vehicle, you have to make a second trip back to the warehouse to finish delivering for the day.
