Great Career Oppurtunity - Recensione dipendente - Account Manager presso Innovative Decisive Marketing

I have been working some great 9 to 5s and have had what I thought was great careers that would get me to a future I could be happy with until I just felt after talking to some friends that convinced me even if your happy you should always make sure your seeing if there might be something better out there to help you reach your goals for your life. Best thing I did was set up an interview with IDM and what I found in the interview was mind opening for my career and life goals. It was really interesting what this company offers through their amazing business model and pure training system that really got me excited about what I could accomplish if I had the opportunity to see where my talent and hard work could really take me. I realized a lot of people talk about having a career where they want to go to work and I didn't realize that was important to me as well. I now have a chance to really accomplish my goals and even goals of a better life style that I can create so much faster then I thought possible, this is just amazing to me, this is really why I decided to take an offer for a position I never did before but felt really confident that IDM would follow through on their part to help me complete the training course.

Now, there are real cons if your take a chance on your self and accept an opportunity to get a career most never get offered and create a life style that is just out of reach for the avg persons thoughts. This is not a job for people that cant give 100% to improve there life and not for those that are not willing to work hard and be willing to learn how to be successful. Nothing worth doing is easy, so if your not serious about what you really want in life yet and you just want a normal no growth type job, this is not for you.

I came into the business telling the branch manager Leonte what I wanted as far as a career in marketing and owning a business and he started me the next day with the management program. I been having a great time working in amazing work environment with great coworkers. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Out of all the jobs I been at this is it. This program has met all my expectations for a career. I hope the next people who are able to get this opportunity take it. It literally doesn’t get better than this.

No cons at all. If your looking for a regular job to do bare minimum this isn’t for you.
