Great company culture, something new every day

There are really no cons I can think of

They offer a decent salary but not nearly enough for what you are required to do.

-expected to work at all hours, on holidays, over the weekends, with zero overtime or comp time (this is expected very frequently). -zero growth opportunities -cult like culture- LOVE to say “we’re a family” and “we work hard/play hard here”, lots of gaslighting and speaking down to employees -ZERO flexibility. They preach wellness and work/life balance but it’s all lip service -sink or swim atmosphere. -horrible benefits… for a women owned/run company you’d think they’d care about women but they don’t.
