8yWe don’t expect our employees to work extra hours, however we do have high standards for customer service and we hope our employees desire to show their dedication by presenting our company in the best way possible, even if that means working a bit longer than they expected. Most of our positions are salary, which allows us to give our employees some flexibility for coming in late/leaving early because we understand sometimes they are working through an issue that may take longer than expected. At INS, a position title does not automatically rate you a certain type of pay. Employee compensation is based on experience in that position, and job performance (customer service and technologically speaking). We are sorry you had a bad experience working for us and we will take your feedback into consideration. We are glad you learned a lot of technical skills while employed at INS, which we hope helps you in your future endeavors.
