Salary is very low, and there's almost zero career growth because the company itself is not growing fast enough to keep up with today's standards! The office temperature is really hot, especially during the summer season, and if you are working inside the warehouse area. They have already upgraded their office place, but just pray that the office doesn't lose power because the heat inside when there's no air conditioning is unbearable. Meeting after meeting with little to no action can affect productivity. Some managers are "masungit" but most are kind!

As for my internship, they provide a quality training wherein I was allowed to explore the inside of the production area and study how different processes and machines works. The employees and other staffs in our department are very kind and helpful.

The workplace is prone to flooding.
