Vantaggi
Benefits are good, pay is better than most financial institutions in the area.
Svantaggi
Everything. Yes, everything. I ignored dozens of reviews on this site telling me not to work there because the compensation was good and I was just out of college and ready to start my career. Management is an actual mess and are often times unreachable and not even there at all when you need them. Literally not at work. There is absolutely NO structure to the advocate position and they have you do very important financial processes without being fully trained on them (unfair to both member and employee). The favoritism at this company is absurd. You will not be able to crack their code to be accepted no matter how hard you work, so go ahead and accept that off the bat. You will be asked to work every other Saturday which quickly will turn into 3 in a row and they will have you moving branches the night before shifts. Many of their practices do not align with their number core value of keeping the member's financial well-being in mind. Who on earth charges $2 for a phone call to check their balance in a city where the poverty level is 12.5%? In a city where there is a line at the door every 1st and 3rd because people are DEPENDING on their SS check to LIVE? This company does not care about anyone that does not want to devote their life and soul to them. Do not let them fool you.
