Svantaggi
The company brands itself as employee focused and claims management support, but that is all talk and no action. The support does not show up when it is needed. Referral and sales goals are unrealistic in branches - especially those with low traffic, which is most of them, because even their own members are dissatisfied with the credit union. Raising valid concerns about different things in the credit union can lead to being targeted or written up rather than helped. Accountability and disciplinary action are applied inconsistently, and favoritism is hard to ignore - some employees are protected while others are scrutinized. Often times one employee will be written up for something that another employee isn't even spoken to about. Career advancement is virtually impossible unless you are connected to leadership - performance does not matter, even though they claim that is what advancement is based upon. New employees are hired in at higher levels, even if they don't have more qualifications than older employees that are stuck - they often change requirements for advancement making it virtually impossible for older employees to move up, leaving them feeling overlooked and undervalued. Rules are constantly changing, one day you could do something the "right way" and the next do it the same way, but it would be wrong because of the new rules that they put in place, but do not communicate to staff that are actually doing it. Everything about INOVA is disorganized, the schedule is changed daily without them notifying you ( and you cannot access it anywhere other than your work computer) they claim you will only work every other weekend and that is actually the rarity, it is more likely you will work 2-3 in a row with one off. The management has no idea what is going on or how to get things completed and will just pass you on to the next person who still does not know what is going on. The employee turn over rate is astronomical and they will blame it on the employees they are hiring rather than the overall culture of the company.
