Worked with some big clients, and managed to build a great track record. Although this was all off my own back and nothing to do with ISS

I really don’t know where to start with this, I wasn’t going to write anything but after being diagnosed with a stress induced condition due to this job I felt it was only fair. This company has a diabolical culture, everyone hates and create problems for each other, most of the good managers left, the only people left here are employees that haven’t been fortunate to find another job yet, the senior management have no clue what they are doing, the director is insecure and attacks the best talent in the company for solving problems that she didn’t have the initiative to do herself. Clients will praise you to the high heavens and ISS will cut your commission for not following their cult like ways in your process, I will be surprised if ISS sees 2023. Also keep your eye out for a lawsuit!

I couldn't recommend a better place to start your roots. The culture is excellent, and management is supportive and willing to take in feedback and ideas to make the business better. There's a nice work-life balance and the work is satisfactory, every achievement feels like it is making a difference in the company. Even though I've moved to full-time to part-time as I move my career to the next chapter, I'll always be rooting for ISS's success.

There are other companies offering more competitive pay, but there are still decent benefits.

Nothing, management just pretends to be nice. They hire everyone.

This role is not a sales role. It’s telemarketing. As someone who has been in tech sales for a while, I know what drives success long term and this role isn’t it. You are calling leads their clients give you, begging for a meeting. No prospecting training, nothing. Sure the cold calling training isn’t half bad but these skills cannot be built upon elsewhere. This role is also a sales sweatshop. They micromanage everything from tracking how often you are off camera. Onboarding is 5+ hour a day camera on zoom call for 2 weeks lol. Not worth 40k at all smh. This company also cheap as heck. They pretend to care about you when something is going on but they are just happy they don’t have to pay you when you have something going on.
