Low pay and “increases”. Overworked employees. Not always the best at recognising the work put in either, despite a whole platform dedicated for this. Left without an exit interview, it was cancelled to be re-arranged, chased about this but ultimately left without one. Can sometimes be expected to work after hours during busier periods. They say it’s not expected but if the work isn’t immediately done then there’s issues. They also don’t give you this time back, might depend on manager.
