There are many reasons to work for Insight Global, but what really makes this company a great place to work is how much they give back to their employees for all of the hard work that is put in. I am so glad the corporate recruiter contacted me to interview then be a part of this company. The company cares so much for their employees and it shows everyday. All the resources are given in order to succeed. Work hard play hard is this company's ethic and it is very rewarding to work at a growing company in this up-beat environment!

There aren't many cons working at this company. The money you make all depends on the work you put in. The salary isn't the best, but if you want to work hard you will succeed in this industry and having the support of everyone in the company makes it that much better! I couldn't imagine working for any other company.

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
