Beneath the surface there are issues. Salary is not great, there is no actual 401k match instead you get "long term incentives" that only pay out if you stay and when the company exchanges hands. Oh, and the LTIs are matched to EBITDA... as that figure contracts so do your LTIs. Effectively, you get no 401k and the LTI loses value year over year. And operational (corporate) staff are exempt from extra LTIs too. It is a scam. Also, retaliation for pointing out risks.
