I get to work remote, so my commute is less than a minute. My Director is very hands-off with my department, unless we are working on a group project, we are left to manage our time and our responsibilities as we see fit. Any input we may have or suggestions we may make are always taken into consideration on my team. Our voices are always heard.

I work remote, so I have very little interaction with my teammates. It can be hard sometimes when I have a simple question and I have to send an email or call someone on the phone instead of just asking the person next to me.

This is probably the best thing since sliced bread. No, it's not 4 tens. It's full-time employment at 4 eights, remote!

I know it's a pro, but it's a con because you are responsible for your health insurance. - We are all learning new things, so there will always be some type of training or meetings going on. - Only a few people receive phone calls through the main line which can cause customers to leave voicemails.
