It feels good to be respected here by a management team that is very aware of the need for a good work culture. Competitive remuneration too. Flat structure is a nice change from tough corporates that I had exposure to. The folks here just move way faster . Good talent and interpersonal skills of others. Low stress environment. Good FMCG and CPG capabilities as well which means the solutions are easily adopted so we have plenty of work on however the team is well resourced. If you are vying for a role here would definitely say you need to be ready for a flat work structure and show that you understand the psychology of how people buy solutions, how to help CPGs with revenue, etc. Excellent in R&D collaboration with customers
