The stated salaries here are way off. In high cost of living areas, salary is $82,500 regardless of experience. You aren't given any lists or leads, you need to find every account. Commission is based on enrollment fees. Companies are charged 0.5% of annual salary and the BPA gets 5/6ths of that (Insperity keeps the other 1/6). If the enrollment fee is negotiated down, it comes from the BPA's portion completely. Senior BPAs will say (lie) they have a tie to an account through a broker or referral as soon as they hear you are working it and will get cut in for half of your commission. Seriously, run away from this place. Insperity thinks they have a great product but their service is the same as most others, just at a higher price which drives prospects away.
