Upper leadership has scrutinized meaningless actions for over a year such as foot wear, walking around to see who is sitting their chairs and having other supervisors walk around to take attendance. Open concept seating has been removed and the manager of our department has not moved to the area where our department has been placed to office. Morale is at an all time low and continued scrutiny of trivial matters drive a wedge between departments. Supervisors are known to speak ill of employees to their teams and HR is not proactively concerned with this behavior.
