They offer a generous PTO plan, lots of hours are given to employees to volunteer and they will sometimes allow telecommuting. They don't try to be what they are not - they are based out of an ultra-conservative area in Texas and they are proud of their values and see no reason to change and embrace diversity.
Svantaggi
The company doesn't value employees that are smart and educated. Most of the founders of the company don't have degrees (they all still work there) and the tuition reimbursement plan is weak. Because intelligence and creative thinking is discouraged, you will feel stifled if you aspire to utilize your critical thinking skills.
