Pay is better than some HRP and BPO companies. Benefits are good, but the company is contibuting less. Managers get better than average offices, sales managers get company vehicles that you pick within a dollar cap.

Senior management (based in Texas) has a myopic view of what happens in the field and does not trust anyone not from Texas, the home state.. Execs don't know clients, don't make sales calls, don't understand what a sales rep does anymore, have little competitive information that is current, and make the sale more complicated than it should be; e. g.: pricing proposals never contained any detail, but the sales rep had a sheet that could be shared with a client. Proposals changed in 2009 to a "lump sum" number;" no detail is provided except for insurance.

worklife balance, remote work, pto, tuition reimbursement, overall good people.

Svantaggi

low pay for the industry (seriously low), old processes, slow to change when it comes to implementing policies and a culture of nepotism. No growth opportunities due to employees staying in their position until retirement. Can't move up until someone leaves, retires or kicks the bucket. All departments operate lean - understaffed.
