Poor management skills and judgement calls with new sales reps.
High pressure prior to allowing enough time for the new sales representative to grow through the "ramp period"... literally allowing you zero ramp after training.
Demeaning/passive-aggressive approach in continued training and growth track after training is complete, making it near impossible for a new hire to obtain true value and success within their first year.
Comapny issues with being the highest costing PEO and very high metrics expected on their sales teams. The training will inform the sales reps that "this is one of the hardest sales, but most rewarding." There is little explanation why Insperity is 40% higher in cost than any other PEO in the industry, but the expectations on the sales reps are extreme/stressful/hard to reach.
Expect to be mandated to be in office most of your time, even though it is advertised as an outside sales role.
