Vantaggi
I absolutely love the company culture and don't know where I would be without the supportive team who really do care about my personal well-being. Work is work - but being able to work with a group that truly believes that family comes first, is life-changing. The benefits they provide are good and the salary merit increases you get every year are great as well. The base pay has gotten better since they have been doing compensation analysis to remain 'competitive'.
Svantaggi
The company is growing, with that, comes growing pains. They want to maintain their reputation of having a good company culture and are 'sensitive' to making significant changes. Everything is done in a purposefully 'methodical' and slow-paced way - which can be painful and underwhelming - especially when everything now moves so much more quickly. That goes along with how your career path moves as well - slow or not at all. The way you move up depends on the relationships you build and how easily you can influence people.
