Though change may not happen “overnight” they do take feedback very seriously and will work to create change with upper management at corporate level. Managers are very conscientious of employee experience, have your best interest in mind, career development opportunities is always evolving, and pay is slowly getting better. Benefits are decent, 401K matching at 100% up to 6% and hybrid work a plus.

The pay. There are certain politics/policies in place to sustain increases, which make sense from a business standpoint, but for an HR company, it does not make FLSA sense when promoting into a higher level/tier or into a different role altogether. It has prohibited growth and even encouraged turnover but what keeps people there is the culture and work life balance.
