In the outside sales divisions it is not always a positive, encouraging environment. Upper management can be very threatening and negative with their management style. I have talked to many sales people that have left the company because of the stress that their leaders put on them. They are told frequently that their jobs are at risk, in an attempt to motivate them to work harder. It makes working in that position extremely stressful for many people. Although Insperity preaches that they put their "people first" - it is not always true in the outside sales roles from what I have been told.
