The prevailing culture is cultish - very closed, unwelcoming to new thought, toxic management style, operationally immature, and stale - very stale atmosphere. Intelligence is feared. They value acquiescence. Don’t ask too many questions - it is not appreciated. If you are a “yes” person you will do well. If you are ambitious with ideas and expertise - this isn’t the place for you. They do not want or promote a culture of innovation - it threatens the status quo. Important note - vast majority of employees have worked here for 10, 15, 20, 25+ years - it’s all they know. No amount of skill and capability will matter. They value unfettered blind loyalty - over time this has bred mediocrity among the senior management and executive leadership.
