8yThank you for your feedback and know we take all comments as a gift and an opportunity to continue to grow as a company and increase employee engagement.
Just this year we have made investments and launched people leadership training with the focus of developing high impact leaders that focus on developing their teams, providing effective feedback and increase employee performance. As a company, we know this is a priority and see people leadership training as a “must have” in how we develop leaders going forward.
Going forward, we are enhancing our new hire technical and foundational training to improve the first-year experience. We are defining metrics and assessing overall effectiveness based on employee feedback.
With the Millennium Trust “Ideas House” we encourage all employees to share their ideas around ways to improve processes, client service, and the employee experience. We had a number of great ideas submitted this year and have implemented a few of them already.
As a company that encourages all employees to “Do Right” - we take that very seriously. This means acting with integrity, being accountable, and trust is non-negotiable in how we work with our clients and employees. Our tremendous growth will continue and our focus is on the overall employee experience. You say “treat them like an asset,” I say treat them as our most important asset. We are on an exciting journey and our people will define our success.
