Owner seems to be more concerned with which corporation will cut a check to the organization. There seems to be no true compassion for the client's needs. It's unfortunate because the company is like a revolving door. How you treat your staff reflects in your overall employee retention. The company will pile work on employees with unrealistic expectations and low pay. I am glad I left when I did!

There is a Flexibility of schedule

Too much emphasis on the billable hours and not enough on the actual quality of the work done.
