Parent company business model is a challenge to different model of Inspirus

Good place to work. They are human directed and understand work/life balance. Benefits are a little pricey but comprehensive. PTO is generous and holidays are provided. The people are kind. The CEO is very savvy about the business and how to move within the confines of the market.

Tend towards favoritism and you are considered "new" many years in. Training is slow and on an "as needed" basis. No chance to shine at your strengths because they are ignored. Very little opportunity for advancement. Change is resisted by some but it's happening ALL the time so it was confusing.
