I personally have never learned so much about a business across departments. There are also monthly Lunch and Learns where the company provides lunch and various departments train the organization on topics they may not know as well like Marketing, Product Development, and Excel.
- Collaboration: This is an empowerment driven team and the best ideas come from anyone. I feel that even in meetings outside of the department I work in, my ideas are heard and I have the option to talk it out with any leader from the CFO, to the Director of Marketing, they will listen and work through the solution together.
- Challenging: The work can be a lot at times, but the management team does a great job to help you prioritize.
