The only positive thing was the atmosphere between colleagues and the mutual support. Without them, everything would have become (even!) slower and more time-consuming.

I was part of the legal team and as has already been said here, the head of legal is completely incompetent, unstructured and manic. She knows nothing about the international legal framework and wants to get her way, whatever the cost. The worst thing about all this is that there seems to be almost an atmosphere of acceptance and silence on the board/management, which leads to them pulling their punches and letting her do whatever she wants without any consequences. I was sacked for no apparent reason, no justification was given and the same thing happened to a colleague in the same position. For them, people are completely disposable. We are completely dependent on a disorganised, slow structure (even to go to the toilet you need a superior opinion), which prevents the business from progressing and prospering. They are suspicious, false and malicious people.
