IHR provides a very great working environment. We are given flexibility in many of our choices. Communication between the clinical and lab team is always very easy and collaborative. Everyone is supportive of personal growth goals as well.

Some days can often be quite long and stressful, however, this comes with the job. The hours typically balance out week to week.

You don’t typically have to work weekends.

Low pay. Low moral. Management that does not support employees, just demands more.
