Very calm almost library-quiet atmosphere so you can actually think. Most everyone has their own office and the kitchen is well-stocked with coffee, tea, etc. so you feel like the company cares about you. Co-workers are friendly and all in all, it's a great place to work.

On the flip-side, the quiet atmosphere makes it harder to make friends with your colleagues. The creative profess is a little stifled as everything has to be approved ahead of time and mapped out, so last minute changes are discouraged.
