Management does not care about its employees. They are very nice to the level above them and try to sugar coat everything in order to make themselves look better. Rather then fixing problems and being honest the middle managers are only after advancing their own careers. Upper management is completely out of touch because middle management hides everything. Departments are becoming Silos rather then working together towards a common goal. Morale extremely low and the talented people are looking/leaving for companies that balance a hard work ethic with modern employee perks.
