They produce a product that is needed by many, but yet they do not have any understanding of the fact that they can not control or take responsablity for the insurance carrier's rejections, nor do they understand the larger picture of business. They feel as though some people's job is limited and others are to pick up all the pieces that those employees should not have to do.
