6yIt is disappointing to us that you have chosen a public forum to complain without taking the time to discuss these concerns with our management, especially since many of these are serious allegations. We strive to address all issues brought to the attention of management and HR. Since we do not know what department you are in, we will address your concerns from a company level.
We do in fact allow employees who do not have to answer the phones in our call center (which has set hours) some flexibility with their schedule if they have proven their dependability and their role allows it.
IAS has built its reputation as a leader in the insurance TPA industry due primarily to the experience of the leadership team. Our senior management team of Directors has, on average, been with the company for over 20 years. Other managers and supervisors are generally promoted from within and are provided training.
We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior from our employees and if any employee, client, or customer of our client makes us aware of such behavior we will investigate and take appropriate action immediately. We emphasize a positive work environment and expect employees to be professional and to perform their job accurately and timely. If an employee is struggling with various aspects of their performance we try to work with that employee to help them improve. Also, each exiting employee goes through an exit interview so we can understand their reasons for leaving. We address any issues that are within our control.
Our goal is to have a positive workplace environment and we do not tolerate harassment of any kind. We would encourage you to seek out a resolution to why IAS is an "awful place" or hope you find a place that is a better fit for you.
