Brutal and one sided views. Clubs, clicks, high school drama. No process or procedures. Batch record nightmares. Tap water from garden house used in clean rooms, why? Metal shavings. Impossible to drive change. Mentally and physically abusive. Unstable, long hours, old broken and fixed with chewing gum manufacturing equipment. Production management in manufacturing is clueless. I dunno is most popular statement. Abrasive and one sided blinded views from senior management. Insane and unrealistic working conditions that requires off hours and weekends without advanced notice. It's a complete mess and unorganized without leadership. The ones who get it and try to change horrible culture get abused and lynch mobbed. You can't disagree or attempt to change things. Refusal to learn or try new things. You have to be insane or desperate to work at INTEGRA.

Workplace culture was impacted by a lack of employee engagement and willingness to work with others as a team. Management sought to resolve this issue, but made only slight progress.

Leadership is in it for themselves. After coming off a rough fiscal year and layoffs, merit increases were minimal and the bonus pool was partially funded. High amount of turnover with high potential and talented employees, resulting in ongoing gaps and overloaded team members who remain. Despite the minimal funding for merit/bonus, senior leaders across all functions were still able to find additional money to award themselves discretionary bonuses of 25K+. While these leaders were receiving these additional cash payments, and after a big corporate restructuring, the work/life balance of employees completely falls by the wayside.
